Refund policy

Digital Products

All sales of ebooks and audiobooks are final and we do not accept returns for these items.

Physical Books

If the order has shipped, we cannot refund or cancel it. If your order has not shipped yet, please contact us if you want to cancel it and get a refund.

If an item is damaged, we will only accept returns for 30 days after the date of delivery. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can try to make it right.
