Yes, we can resend your ebooks to a different email address. Just email orders@authorfelicityheaton.com and let us know the correct email and we'll take care of it.

Please check your spam folder first. If you still haven't received them, let us know the email you used for the purchase and we'll resend them. 9 times out of 10 there has been a typo in the email used in the checkout process!

While all my books can be purchased from Amazon and other book retailers, if you're interested in a discounted BUNDLE of ebooks/audiobooks, you will ONLY get that price here.

Why? Because resellers take a big cut of every book sale, meaning you'll always pay more there, versus buying direct from authors.

All special edition paperbacks and hardcovers are exclusive to my store and not available anywhere else.

Unsigned Paperbacks

If the physical book you ordered is a standard paperback special edition, the printing and shipping is handled by BookVault. BookVault aims to print within 14 days of you placing your order, but sometimes there is a delay with the foiled editions.

If it has been longer than 14 days since you placed your order and you haven't received notification that it has been shipped, please use the chat function to contact me and I will look into it.

Signed Paperbacks

Signed paperbacks are shipped direct from me. I ship twice a month and your order will be updated once it is in transit. If it's been longer than 21 days since you placed your order, please reach out to me via the chat function.

Special Edition Hardcovers

These exclusive editions are done on a pre-order basis and the shipping times are dependent on me receiving the order after it has been placed and manufactured. Shipping times vary and sometimes there are unforeseen delays. The product page will be updated with shipping times once the order is in transit to me, and again when I have it in hand.
